Melanie believes that where you live shapes how you live, and for her, Vermont has always been home. After growing up in Essex Junction and spending some time living outside the state, she returned with a deeper appreciation for what makes the Green Mountain State so special: strong communities, beautiful landscapes, and a pace of life that allows people to feel genuinely connected to where they live.

After studying at the University of Vermont, Melanie spent more than eight years working in higher education, where she guided and supported individuals through important life transitions. That experience shaped the thoughtful, people-first approach she brings to real estate today, focusing on listening carefully, communicating clearly, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
