Vermont native, Ashley is our remote Marketing Specialist and Director of Operations at Prime Real Estate Co., with three years of real estate operations experience and over 15 years of customer service expertise. She is passionate about leveraging agents' strengths to drive success and is always eager to learn new systems, explore digital advertising strategies, and incorporate design elements into her work. With a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from SNHU and an Associate's Degree in Art, Ashley brings a creative flair to everything she does. 

In addition to her work in real estate, Ashley is a certified cosmetologist in both Vermont and North Carolina and recently founded her own makeup artistry business, Southern Glow Beauty, LLC. When she’s not busy enhancing the beauty of others, assisting our agents or creating fresh marketing content, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her wife, Eileen, and their two fur babies, Luna and Lenny, in their North Carolina apartment.
