Nicole’s professional foundation began in childhood education, where she developed a deep respect for the power of communication, patience, and empathy—qualities that continue to guide her work today. She later discovered a passion for property management, spending several years overseeing diverse residential portfolios and skillfully managing the full spectrum of responsibilities required to keep multi-unit properties operating smoothly.

Two of those years were spent managing Senior Independent Living communities, where Nicole often single-handedly fulfilled every role within property management. From leasing and daily operations to large-scale asset management and capital projects, she led with confidence and precision. As the primary, front-facing point of contact for 191 senior residents, she delivered hands-on leadership while fostering a safe, supportive, and well-managed community.
