As a veteran business leader, Alicia Fleming brings more than 30 years of experience managing programs in universities, convention centers, hotels, senior living, and real estate. Alicia has specialized in working with older adults since 2016. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES®, Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, Contributing Editor of Vermont Maturity Magazine, active member of the Vermont Elders Resource Group (VERG) as well as Women Business Owners Network Vermont (WBON) and serves on the Board of The Alzheimer Association, VT Chapter. She founded Golden Guide Senior Living Advisor, LLC in 2022.

Alicia is known for her compassion and commitment to her clients; goals, whether that is living in their home safely with services or transitioning to the concept of right-sized or senior living communities while navigating the complexities of their home sale.

Alicia enjoys spending free time with her husband Frank, their Chocolate Lab, Olive, & Yellow Lab, Willow. She is passionate about connecting with others and exploring Vermont by hiking, biking, skiing, and listening to live music.
